Admission Process

Candidates must complete an application for admission to both the University and the Educational Leadership Ed.D. Program.  Screening of applications for the 2008-2009 academic year will begin on April 1, and continue until June 1.

Personal interviews will be conducted in late April through late May. Candidates will be notified of their admission status by late May 2008/early June.

  • A Program Application (see below)
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • A professional resume
  • A Statement of purpose (see #11 on EDL Department application)
  • An Example of academic writing
  • A statement of nomination or support from your employer
  • GRE results
